Engineer-MEP:- Experience: Minimum 3 years to 7 years. Qualification: B-Tech/BE/Diploma from Mechanical/Electrical stream from reputed institute/university, Age: 27 to 35 years. Industry Preference: Real Estate, Engineering, Infrastructure Developer, Hospitality, Hospital. Role: Responsible for HVAC planning, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical installation work, mechanical exhaust fan and engineering. Follow up and Supervise MEP contractor works and assuring it is executed as per approved drawing and specifications. Organizing weekly progress meeting with contractor and consultants for MEP works. Review/analyze and redesign all MEP drawings & material schedules with involvement in supervision of the site activities and to control cost and ensure timely completion of the project.

Executive-Visualizer/Graphic Designer:- Minimum 4 to 6. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design /Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design/Graphic Design Certificates. Age: 26 to 35 years. Industry Preference: Real Estate, Ad agency, Event management. Role: Expert in Corel draw, Photoshop and graphic designing. Video editing knowledge and experience will be added advantage for the candidate. Proficient in making ad, logo, banner, presentation, website and visiting card. LED Presentation Animation in every events; Mall Facebook’s display design as per celebrations; keeping record of all Branding of Hoardings, Signage’s, Ballasted, Escalator; Magazine advertisement design; School’s gift Voucher designs; All Print: Paper advertisement / Vinyle and flex print.
