Receptionist -Secretary:- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years as receptionist cum secretary. Qualification: Graduate in any stream. Age: 26 to 30 years. Industry Preference: Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, Telecommunication and Public Relation. Role: Maintaining hospitality in reception area to visitors/clients. Handling Incoming calls and making calls to vendors/clients. Handling queries/grievances of Customers/Clients and routing the on-site visitors to the appropriate personnel. Receiving, Sorting and Routing mails maintaining the inventory for office supplies and process a weekly order. Maintaining MIS and generate monthly review reports.
